Yeah, from what I understand, it's totally air-gapped. Communicates via QR codes only, no USB or Bluetooth connections to your computer or phone. That's kinda the whole point.

It's pretty solid. Had mine for a year+ now and feel way better than keeping crypto on an exchange. QR codes are a bit clunky at first but you get used to it.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just contact their support within 14 days and make sure it's in original packaging, unused.

I think they have a 14-day window. Just don't open the tamper-proof seals if you're not sure, otherwise, it's probably a no-go for return.

Ellipal is super easy to use, especially with the mobile app. The air-gapped thing is a huge plus for security compared to Ledger's USB connection, which always makes me a bit nervous.

Ledger has wider coin support typically, but Ellipal is catching up. If absolute security is your top priority, the air-gap of Ellipal is hard to beat. Ledger had those data breaches too, which is a bit of a red flag for some.
